We are honored that you chose Heavenly Angels In Need to serve you. Our organization is an all VOLUNTEER 501 c (3) organization. We do our best to meet all needs that is requested of us. All items we give are free.


How our process works

Once we receive the information from you, we post your information on our (members only area) on our forum. Our coordinator in charge of this then puts your information on a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet holds all of the requests in H.A.I.N. regions.
The volunteers themselves decide off of the spreadsheet in what need they will cover, trying to stay with-in their own regions.
There is a date added onto the spreadsheet when an area is served,so the volunteer can chose another area to serve that may not have been met yet. Then they start the process all over again.
Because our volunteers decide where to give Heavenly angels in need cannot control when you will receive your donation. Be assured that you will receive a donation, but it will be up to the volunteers themselves. We believe in giving quality items, not quantity.

Volunteers defer

Since we rely on the volunteers we do not uniform what we make. Our volunteers are asked to give the best. We ask that they give something they would want to receive themselves. With that being said our volunteers come from various backgrounds, incomes, and cultures. So each item given is as different as the maker.

Note from Headquarters: Our volunteers are very precious to us. They work very hard to meet all needs. Many of them have jobs, family life, but still dedicate themselves to give their time and also give out of their very own pockets. We have seen members since HAIN started in 2003 give,give and give with no complaints, with compassion, with love and with the desire to meet all needs. And none of them want to be recognized. You might however consider letting the volunteer who worked on your items that you received your donation. They just want to be humble servants. Ready to serve the needs of babies, children, teens and their families. They do not have to give, they choose to give. They are our hero's! They are H.A.I.N.


When requesting a donation!!
We ask that you be as specific as possible with what items you would like to receive.

Craft types:
Knit and crochet items.
Sewn only items
Or request that all craft types are fine.
Memory boxes

Garments:
Blankets
Burial Garments
Hats
Booties
Outfits
and more

Colors: What colors you would like to have or not have.

Sizes: What sizes you wish to receive.

We also want you to consider that the families you serve may not have the same taste as you. Because you may or may not like knitted items or the color purple for example may not mean the family members do not like it. Please consider this as well before requesting items.
